Requirements include interpersonal skills, product knowledge and sales techniques to meet and exceed guests’ expectations. Servers learn effective selling techniques, the art of table service, ways to respond to guest needs and complaints… and more.
Duties and Responsibilities include: Acknowledging and attending to guests’ needs, presenting menus, serving food and beverage orders according to quality standards, as well as processing guest bills.
- 8 weeks of classroom instruction
- Schedules: 3 times per week (6PM-9PM TTH/ 10AM-1PM SAT)
- Supervisied online exam
- On-the-job work experience for 500 hours in accredited hotels and restaurants in Manila and Cebu
